You know, that was bugging the hell out of me on the new theme I customized. Thanks for pointing it out. And for record, I’m a code idjit, and it’s really not that hard to figure out: mine were in the index.php file, bright as day.

Actually, I expect the theme authors to do that. (Which many are – it’s usually the custom themes that exhibit this oddity)
